A: Of course you can custom samples, they will be sent to you by Express DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX.
As per our factory regulation,the sample need to charge some necessary fee according to the real       cost.The samples fee will be refunded if you issue orders to us in the future.
4.How does your factory do regarding quality control ?

A:Before the production, we would make pre-production to confirm with customers. During the production, we have professional QC To inspect the products while manufacturing. And we also warmly welcome     customer's QC to inspect the goods before shipment.

7. What is your samples and orders delivery time?
A:Usually, the sample delivery time is 5-7 days, the orders is 30-45 days. The exact time depends on   your quantity of your order.

9.  What's your payment term?
A: Our payment term is 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
